Initial Criteria

We don’t just make any shiny pre-owned model a Genesis Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Vehicles must be five years old or newer and have less than 60,000 miles. They also must have a clean CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™, which we carefully review to check their service and accident history.

Thorough Inspection Process

If a vehicle meets our initial criteria, it’s time to put it to the test. Our trained and certified technicians conduct a 191-point inspection of each Genesis CPO candidate. They must pass mechanical, safety, and appearance inspections to meet our strict standards. If they don’t, they will be carefully reconditioned or repaired.

Extensive Warranty Coverage

We’re so confident in these vehicles, we back them with extensive warranty coverage. You can rest assured that you’re protected if any issues arise. Genesis CPO vehicles are covered by an extended Limited Warranty for up to six years or 75,000 miles (whichever comes first). They also have a 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.

Roadside Assistance

You’ll also have the benefit of complimentary Roadside Assistance for up to 10 years with your Certified Pre-Owned Genesis vehicle (unlimited mileage). The 24/7 coverage includes battery jumpstarts, flat tire changes, lock out service, and gas delivery. If your vehicle is inoperable, we’ll tow it to the nearest authorized Genesis service center.
