As of Sept. 2024 it now takes over 9 weeks to get a service appointment. My first appointment for my GV60 took nearly 6 weeks, the second took 7 weeks. Now 9 weeks and all for the same issue. However, it takes several calls to make the appointment. They have two services advisors, no shuttle and no loaners. They provide a Lyft ride to work or home - one way. Yes, you're on your own to get back to pickup your vehicle. Steering wheel vibration has always been present between 70-75 mph. I bought my car through an auto service so don't have direct knowledge of sales dept. However the service dept is excellent. I always get great service. I have nothing to complain about. Very happy with my Genesis.
